You should also try Eds New York Pizza on Eyre Square which is getting some great reviews on Trip Advisor. This restaurant is privately owned and uses only fresh, healthy products. Besides being delicious and affordable this is the kind of food that kids love and a great way to get children to eat some hidden vegetables. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable and prices look affordable too.

O'Briens sandwich bar store, located in Liosban business park, just off the tuam road, galway has a kids area with seating for 8 kids with toys, and books. Couches nearby for adults.
